What we collect
If you contact us through the form at thehumanproblem.ai/contact or join the waitlist, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you submit. If you book an automation audit, our scheduling provider collects the name, contact details, and appointment information you provide. We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (aggregate page views and interactions — no cross-site tracking, no ad profiles).
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, send launch notes and service updates you asked for, schedule and run your consultation, and operate and improve this site. If you opt in to text messages, we use your number only for the communications you agreed to; reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
We use service providers to run our business: LeadConnector / HighLevel (CRM, scheduling, messaging), our workflow-automation provider (lead routing and follow-up), and Cloudflare (hosting, analytics). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
SMS / Text Messaging (A2P 10DLC)
We send text messages only after you opt in — for example, by submitting the form at thehumanproblem.ai/contact and checking the SMS-consent box, by checking a consent box elsewhere on this site that explicitly asks to receive texts from THP Solutions, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
If you opt in, message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (for example, appointment reminders or follow-up on an open inquiry). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by replying "unsubscribe," "cancel," or "quit," or by contacting us at the phone number or email above.
No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information we share with third parties, except as required to deliver the messages themselves (for example, our CRM/messaging provider and telecom carriers) or to comply with the law.
Data retention & your choices
We keep contact and message records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing us at the address below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and business owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
