Qualified appointment
A confirmed meeting with a decision-maker about a commercial property. If any of those three is missing, it is not an appointment.
If you qualify, we fund your next commercial appointments ourselves.
We selectively partner with commercial roofing companies and put our own money into finding and booking your next appointments — no upfront cost to you. We get paid on the back end, only after you close.
Proof
Built by people who've actually run roofing sales.
Before this was a system, it was a call center. Our team personally ran outbound sales for 60+ roofing contractors, generating over $100M in signed commercial contracts. We didn't learn this from a course — we built the playbook by doing it, then automated it.
Four steps. You only show up for the ones worth showing up for.
- 1
We identify the properties
Parcel data, aerial imagery, and storm/hail event tracking surface commercial properties actively worth pursuing in your service area — not a cold list, a targeted one.
- 2
We qualify before it hits your calendar
Our team calls and confirms interest, timeline, and decision-making authority. If it's not real, it doesn't become an appointment.
- 3
You close it your way
The appointment lands on your calendar. You or your estimator run the meeting, quote it, and close it — we never touch the sales conversation or the contract.
- 4
We get paid when you do
Once your business qualifies, we cover the cost of finding and setting your appointments ourselves. We're only paid on the back end — after you've closed and collected. If it doesn't close, that's our cost to absorb, not yours.
A partnership, not a lead package.
This isn't open to every contractor who applies. We take on a limited number of commercial roofing partners per market — and when we do, we put our own money behind finding and booking your appointments before you ever spend a dollar. You don't pay for the search, the outreach, or the appointment itself. We recover our investment — and get paid — on the back end, only once you've closed and collected. Exact terms get confirmed once we've reviewed your business and market.
- Partnership terms
- Typical duration and time-to-first appointment are confirmed after qualification. Nothing on this page is a signed contract.
- What we need
- License, service area, and calendar availability. Search and outreach stay on us.
- Verified commercial properties — not residential leads, not shared/resold leads
- Appointments confirmed for interest and decision-making authority before they're booked
- You remain contractor of record on every job — we never sign, hold, or transfer any construction contract
- Reporting when appointments are booked, plus a pipeline view you can actually use
Questions
What's the catch?
There isn't one, but there is a qualification step. We only take on a limited number of contractors per market, and we put our own money behind the ones we do — so we're selective about who we partner with. If your business qualifies, we cover the cost of setting your appointments and only get paid after you do.
What if an appointment is a no-show or clearly not a fit?
Typical partnership terms, including no-show handling, are confirmed after qualification. Ask for the current terms on that call. Nothing on this site is a signed contract.
Which markets do you cover?
Hail-active regions across the Midwest and Plains, expanding regularly.
How is this different from paid lead services (Angi, HomeAdvisor, etc.)?
This is commercial only, one contractor per appointment (no bidding war), and you pay nothing unless the deal closes and you collect. Lead services charge you whether the lead ever answers the phone.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
Typical partnership terms, including duration, are confirmed after qualification. We keep partners with performance, not paperwork. Nothing on this site is a signed contract.
What do you need from me to get started?
About an hour. We verify your commercial license and insurance, map your service area and ideal job profile, connect calendar availability for appointments, and walk through the back-end terms together. The search, data, and outreach are on us from there.
Read the model before you apply.
- Lead vs appointment vs collected
What contractors actually buy — and why a cheap shared lead is often the expensive one.
- How appointments get set
Property identification, a live qualify, then your calendar. Not a shared portal.
- Angi / HomeAdvisor alternative
Shared, pay-regardless matches vs exclusive commercial appointments.
- Pay-per-set vs pay when you collect
Who holds no-show and no-close risk. No THP fees on that page.
- Hire, buy sets, or partner
Capacity models for owners who cannot sit on outbound all week.
- Midwest and Plains markets
One hub for hail-active regions. Not city contractor listings.
- Partnership FAQ
THP is not a roofer. Terms after qualification. How to apply.
Find out if your business qualifies.
A quick conversation is all it takes. If you're a fit, we start putting our own resources behind your next appointments.
No cost to apply. We'll walk you through exactly how it works if you qualify.
We review the company. Then we say yes or no.
- 1
License and market
We read the form: license, service area, and whether the book is actually commercial.
- 2
A real conversation
If there is a possible fit, we walk the current terms on a call. Nothing is a contract until that conversation.
- 3
A clear no is fine
If the market is full or the fit is wrong, we say so. No cost either way.

No cost to apply. License and service area first — we only take a limited number of commercial partners per market.
