Is THP a roofing contractor?
No. THP Solutions does not install, warrant, sign, hold, or transfer construction contracts. You remain contractor of record. Homeowners looking for a roofer are on the wrong site.
Who is this for, and who is it not for?
Licensed commercial roofing contractors — typically an owner or sales manager — who want exclusive appointments. Not homeowners, not property managers shopping a bid, not residential canvassers, not someone buying an AI receptionist.
What does “qualified” mean for a partner?
We only take a limited number of commercial partners per market. We review license, insurance, service area, and whether the book is actually commercial. Qualification is selective because we put our own money behind the search.
Do I pay for appointments that do not close?
Under the partner model you do not buy the appointment up front. THP is paid after you close and collect. Typical partnership terms are confirmed after qualification. Nothing on this site is a signed contract.
Are appointments exclusive to my company?
Yes — one contractor per appointment. No bidding war on that meeting. That is the opposite of a shared marketplace lead.
Do you serve residential work?
This partnership is commercial properties only. Residential shared leads and door-to-door canvassing are a different product. We do not sell those here.
Where does THP operate from, and where does the roofing offer run?
